Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is searching for an energetic Physical Therapy Assistant to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that can:

Clinicians are responsible for:

Clinicians are responsible for:
- Providing physical therapy treatments to inspaniduals in their homes
- Monitoring patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities
- Maintaining patient records and document treatments
- Base rate: Up to $40/visit
- Mileage reimbursement: .62/mileHome healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.
- Candidates must have MA Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
