I am a hobby coder and veteran looking to change my career to IT. I had an internship using AWS, and I've volunteered to work with IT groups, but overall, I don't have much on paper that would make me a competitive candidate. I believe that the career path that makes the most sense is to start at a Help Desk job (I have a good Customer Service resume) and then work on certs from there. Should I invest in an A cert to get that Help Desk job? Then work on Net or CCNA and Sec ?
The secret to super perfect resume is keep it simple don’t over do it. Do you need help to create one !
